Attendees will leave this seminar with copies of web pages they create during our time together. That's right, you'll walk away with copies of your web site!

The Next Step: Web Site Design seminar provides:

• guidance in creating your own web pages during our time together.
• lecture and discussions about the following topics: what is a web site, planning your site's content, design elements (aesthetics), tags and technical stuff, testing your designs and links, finding a home (host), maintaining your site, getting on the search engines.
• explanations and examples of web site design and HTML tagging.
• handouts covering web site design issues and HTML tags.
• bibliography of useful readings and software.

Developing a Web Page for your indexing businesses is a step beyond writing a brochure, it is advertising your indexing services to an audience that comes looking for you (instead of you searching for them), has the added bonuses of having constantly updated information, and no costs of mailing brochures. What are you waiting for?

Who will benefit from this seminar?

Indexers who want to establish their web site. No prior knowledge of HTML or web design is required, we'll start with the absolute basics.
