I like to keep people informed of their dog’s and cat’s activities during my time with them by writing short notes about our experiences together. (See the sample below.)
I usually write these by hand and leave them at the house so people can read them when they get back. Instead, some people like me to email or text them (daily or every couple of days) so they can stay informed while they’re away. I’m happy to leave these wherever you prefer.
